Arcturus Appoints Mr. Bill Roth to Board of Advisors

Bill Roth was Vice President/General Manager of the BEA Workshop Business Unit at BEA Systems where he was responsible for delivering the BEA Workshop product line to market. These products consisted of BEA Workshop, Workshop Studio, Service Bus Tooling, and tooling common components. He instituted a quality program that raised code coverage from 49% to 66% and a performance framework which improved user-experience performance by over 40%.

Before working at BEA, Bill worked at a CRM software provider, Epiphany, as chief technology evangelist where he was responsible for all aspects of creating content and marketing to a technical audience. Prior to Epiphany, Roth held several key marketing positions at Sun Microsystems where he was responsible for product marketing of the x86 server product line, and product management for J2EE and for SunONE developer marketing. Roth was also instrumental in the launch and community building for OpenOffice.org.
