ONP is continually evolving, resulting in increased complexity and increased demands on IT. The ONP TI team has a number of in-house developed monitoring tools, but didn't have a solution that gave them the ability to immediately understand and act on customer facing performance issues in real time. In addition, ONP uses third party services for getting different data as well as for validation on data, if the third party service does not perform, ONP had zero visibility.

Prior to Applicare deployment, they had zero visibility to it a n d they were not able to hold the service provider accountable.
